Mr. Manoj Shukla is not only a Co-Director at M Tech Jewel Equipment — he is also a hands-on technical professional who believes that true leadership comes from understanding the work from the ground up.
Even with a leadership position, he continues to work directly with machines, technical challenges, installations, troubleshooting, and practical solutions.
For him, being a Director does not mean staying away from the technical work.
He enjoys being on the floor, working with machines, and solving problems himself.
